While DragonWave has been selected as a supplier, the procurement process can take some time before contracts and orders are finalized. I think this is probably the hold up on communications.

Also, I wonder if the Company will need additional funds to ramp up for these potential contracts.

Finally, recall that the Company will need to add capital to meet listing requirements in the US.
