Free DD on this stock for everybody

So I'll do some DD for everybody on this board since DRWI hasn't supplied us with actual numbers. CRNT is DRWI's major competitor; if you notice they too have a similar news release today stating that they have added a "Tier 1 US Operator as primary wireless backhaul operator for their network densification and optimization strategy". They don't name Sprint but since the wording is identical to DRWI's press release, it's obvious it's them. The news release mentions that they are the "primary" supplier. The good thing about this news release is that they mention numbers (unlike DRWI management which never seems to discuss numbers). There is an order for $4MM in Q4 alone. Now we have to make reasonable estimates - if CRNT is primary what business is there for DRWI? 50 - 75% of what CRNT is doing? Using those numbers, we're looking at $2,000,000 - $3,000,000 adding to the bottom line for Q4. That could erase a loss and make them break-even for next quarter. If you look at CRNTs movement today, they have currently added $0.30 USD. They have approximately 78MM shares outstanding which equals about $ 23,400,000 USD market cap. If DRWI gets 50 75% of those orders (and markets being efficient which they can surprisingly be at times) we could be adding anywhere from $11.7MM USD to $17.5MM USD market cap today alone. What have we added so far? I think we are still way undervalued. You can thank me later for the free DD. GLTA Bull G

23 million shares traded, that's got to be a record even when we had 75 million shares pre consolidation. Hope this carries on tomorrow as well.....

maybe we could repeat the performance of the early April when DWI jumped to $11

Hey guys, I should have clarified my post better. CRNT stock moved up at the time to $2.50 which was a 0.30 gain. Multiply that by 78MM shares and we had an INCREASE in market cap by 23,400,000 USD. Let's get an update - CRNT is trading at 2.59 which is .49 USD higher than Wednesday's close before the news broke. Based on that info, CRNT has ADDED $38.22MM USD in Market cap. Extrapolating ...more

Bullgambia thanks for your assumptions, I'm in your camp and feel were under valued, might even add a little more on Monday.
Comment by bullgambla on Oct 21, 2016 1:08pm
Ooops... sorry again guys. I used the wrong numbers - I should have used $38.22MM USD in market cap increase (not the original $23.4MM for CRNT)! Thus the share price expectation is even higher if we use 60 - 70% of value as DWI's deal is only 26.1% ! Using a 60 - 70% value of CRNT's deal with Sprint, Dragon should have a market cap add of $23MM to $ 27MM which based on Wednesday's ...more

why would ceragon not name sprint and why would sprint not provide comments on ceragon's press release as it did for dragonwave? I doubt sprint would make an announcement about its secondary provider and not do the same for its primary provider. my thoughts are that dragonwave is the primary or that a primary was never determined and ceragon is bending the truth. cibc assumes dragonwave will ...more

why should Sprint buy stuff from Ceragon which is in Israel if it can buy the same stuff from DWI right in nearby Canada?
Comment by bullgambla on Oct 21, 2016 3:33pm
If you guys think that Dragonwave is going to get the majority of Sprint business, then this deal is worth way more than my estimates. I'm just trying to stay a bit grounded and play Devil's Advocate with my investments whenever I can. One thing that does concern me is that management will do a secondary at some point if there is good share price appreciation (we've seen it a million ...more

to stay competitive other carriers will have to do the same thing Sprint does so there is a good chance of more business for DWI
