Wonder if the bottom is falling out because they are going to the markets and it will be on the terms and price that the investinghouse demands. Which for a silent , struggling company, that refuses to take my advice and sell the company, will probably end up being a really low share offering price. Everyone should E-Mail  Claude Haw, Chairman of Dragonware ([e-mail]) and pressure him that the Board of Directors need to protect shareholders' investments by exercising their fiduciary responsilities and  boot out PeterAllen (CEO and President) who has squandered shareholders' cash and has been incapable of winning any significant revenue  contracts. Say they were to customer costs by 30 % and then raise $20 million at $1.50 would that be a bad thing. That should give them at least another year to get profitable and we would still have under 30 million shares . Thought ??

Market cap. 9.8 million U.S.. Presently inless you have shorted, there is not one shareholder who has not lost money that is still holding. Very disappointing. I am fully agreeing with you, my average is $4 CND and not sure when I would even break even with this stock and I told quite a lot of shares. What actions other than emailing them can we do? We have to take actions
