I emailed the earnout rep and no response. Anyone else have communications with them this year?

Heard back...going to 3rd party determination as per terms of the agreement. Nothing we can do now other than hope KPMG (or whoever they chose as auditor) provide a favorable decision for Aveda shareholders. No timeline was given other than "it will be a lengthy process".

Aveda now officially gone to the ages. Called the Calgary office this week and the receptionist said they were packing up their belongings. Not uncommon in the West these days unfortunately. Best of luck to my previous Aveda shareholders...I'm sure our earnout has evaporated along with Aveda itself. Last correspondence I had with the rep did not sound promising but I'll be sure to post if ...more
