Way better outcome then where we were headed before AIP was able to boot out F&M. Share price was cratering and DLI was on the verge of bankruptcy. Thank Jay Bala, look at what they were able to ...more

Buy Out

Lepidico is offering to buy us in share exchange that provides a 39% premium to 20 day average price. Would have liked more but these are not bullish times for resource juniors. Any comments? Alan

No idea ! If you told me 18 months ago this would be .06 i would have laughed.  Fortunately it did hit  .06 and i was able to buy alot, otherwise i would be so far underwater.      ...more
