 Good Day to All

I am a shareholder in this company for many years.

This company has had more share of bad luck:>

A deal with China was not signed when the US tanked.

The new on uranium prices going up was short lived after the Japanese nuclear accident.

A solid news release about the % of REE that should of shot the stock up in the range of
.40 did to the contrary.

The latest NR about drilling - and we find ourselves at the 52W Low.

Yesterday, or was the day before, Morgan Stanley brought the stock to its knees - the listing on Stockwatch tells it all. They sold, continuously, in lots of 1,000 - now if that does not speak of stock manipulation it sure stinks.

Reminds me of the "Cry Wolf Story" - in this case any good news drives the stock down.

Could you imagine doing another round of financing at these prices.

Why not do one where current shareholders would benefit for once. Buying a
.04 with warrants at
.8 sounds good.. The last time it his the
.08 was last April and that did not last too long Therefore an offer at $.04 and warrants at
.08 seems just about right.

I believe what DIT needs to do when it really gets the next good news is rather than just releasing an NR is to have a conference call with brokers, institutional and why not us shareholders.

The annual meeting is about 2 months away and although I cannot be there my question would be "What action does DIT intend to undertake to insure an ROI for shareholders" ((not only institutional are making it).

Also, I would have the Director of IR answer directly to the BOG and they should ask him to prepare a strategic IR plan and have it approved by them without the interference of others. A 60% approval rate on the part of the BOG would be sufficient for me to carry forward the action plan.

Accountability - the way I see it the Director of IR should be accountable to the shareholders and should present a report at the AGM of what was done during the last year, what he intends to do and how he will inform shareholders as to his progress in meeting goals set in the coming year and take corrective action if need be.

It is time that shareholders DEMAND clear action on the part of IR or just hire an outside agency and abolish the in-house position.

Sure would appreciate your thoughts on this post.

Hope those of you who will attend the AGM in June will put pressure on the lack of results from IR.

Recommendation: Hold until the next NR some time before the AGM - as for me that is when I will take definitive action.
