like a lotto ticketwhen you're already lying on the ground, difficult to fall. so yes, you get the knee-jerk reaction to the news but the stock had already been decimated. at this point, it seems cheap relative to the resources and something of a lotto ticket -- waiting for anything to go right. holding a small position.
