However they put the majority of funds in on day one. Upon signing the deal in January 2010, Anto already committed to fund $ 130MM, additional $ 30MM if needed (repayable) and buy $ 12MM in Duluth shares.

Maybe they wanted to be sure about the PFS and were just throwing good money after bad...
