Yogi Berra

Yogi BerraHe is credited amongst others for saying that it is hard to make predictions especially about the future.

He could use DM as an illustration.  There are so many uncertainties about timelines permitting financing and these headwinds are balanced somewhat by having a fabulous property if commodity prices rise 25%.

Is this recent rise a new trend or a dead cat bounce?  The future and only the future will tell.
