Yogi Berra
He is credited amongst others for saying that it is hard to make predictions especially about the future.
He could use DM as an illustration. There are so many uncertainties about timelines permitting financing and these headwinds are balanced somewhat by having a fabulous property if commodity prices rise 25%.
Is this recent rise a new trend or a dead cat bounce? The future and only the future will tell.

And Woody Allen said that eternity is really long, especially near the end. Time is an issue for DM as it is for all of us. Globally, however, we can safely say that demand is likely to increase over time and that a deposit of this size cannot simply sit unused forever.....just hope that we won't have to test WA's hypothesis while waiting.
