thanks for this excellent  article. It reflects the thoughts I had for the last four years, that the
central banks are playing a risky game; using smoke and mirrors to keep the rates so low.
Logic tells us that the time will come, when the piper will have to be paid.
Once the rate of  mortgages will return to realistic levels it will be 2008 again, only worse
I fear
I agree with your  strategy in that I am at 55% cash, so I can sleep.

PS. In 20011, on a different website I stated that as long as Barack Obama is in the White House,
the key bank rate will not be raised by the Fed. They will wait until the Republicans will be
elected, so they can blame them.
