RE:heading back to 52wk lows? Why are Nov and Dec terrible for REIT? If I look at the historical charts from Dream Global I do not see that the dips are the deepest in Nov and Dec.
probably the weakness is caused by the low Euro which is heading for parity with US $ .
the question is the fund undervalued by comparable funds which are sold on German exchanges .
does this stock has a listing in Germany? That may be the problem and is causing an undervaluation . May be an opportunity for European investors.
what is the withholding tax on the dividend payments?.
