settlement date

settlement dateSounds like Dec 10th is targetted closing date (see link below). 

I had also e-mailed them to see if there was any special distribution or anything on closing and they said "No". Just the $16.79 per share. I see it got up to $16.77 earlier today with a large buy at the opne with this news release.

I'll miss the solid divy but managed to pre-spend my upcoming $58k by spreading it around adding to BPY.UN, HR.UN, NWH.UN, MRG.UN. My total dividend cincome actually increased by $217/yr so pretty much a wash.
