sold too soon......

wow - who knew we would be flirting with the 52-week high of the stock at this point in time....

the EU can't even pass a trade deal with Canada, some large german & italian banks are teetering, I guess there is still perceived safety in German office REITS and the dividend yeild.

I still think this stock will go on a clearance sale sometime between now and year end - but then again I feel that way about the whole market too.

Time will tell - GLTL's & congrats on holding your shares when I did not.

When I spent six weeks there in the spring, Germany was booming. Problems with Italian or even a German bank is not going to cause the tenants in these prime office buildings (like the Post Office) to stop making rent payments, nor will a recession in Europe generally. To me, this seems like one of the safer reits around.

Well electricsockets, nobody is perfect. I was holding back with my purchase to top up to 20k, waiting to drop to $8/share.  I missed my chances, but held on to all of the rest thank goodness. If TD's  forecast is 50% right,  it'll make it to  near the $10 price level. It would still yield 8%/unit. Not too shabby, is it. Let's hope TD's analysts know what ...more

bttmfischer - just keep in mind that TD did the bulk of the recent cash raising at the $9.00 stock price - some would say it's in their best interests to be bullish on the stock that they just led their clients into ;)  I love this company and will buy back in when the share price allows -certainly not at these levels.  just my thoughts - due your own dd.

Happy New Year to all! It's starting out just fine, with a new 52 week high. I  regret I was bottomfishing and did not top up to 20K because it was  30 cents above my buy target. I still think though that DRG has some gas left in its tank and it may get close to $10 before Easter. At least,I did not sell at $9.03. That was the prudent thing for a change. Cheers

Any light can you throw on mother company Dundee Corp? I have more invested in DC.A than dream. Unfortunately Class A gives no dividend.

I am sorry for this very late reply(if your question was put to me), but I cannot give any useful answer on Dundee. I never researched it at all. Dream, on the other hand I am very comfortable with, and I hope you will be too.
