I dont have any shares as of very recently but this upsets me a bit.... they did not issue a small amount of shares, they issued a large amount in comparison to their market cap, roughly increasing their shares by 8% which is huge.

What do you think they will do with the money? They will make down payments on buildings in Germany in Euro (very low compared to $C at present) and take out mortgages at 1.3% in Euro while sending us back dividends to Canada.

True, but I dont want them to be a serial share issuer, I can undstand 3% or 4% but another 8% on the exisitng share float is quite a lot.

And one more comment... how about the people that bought shares last week at $9.99... or there abouts... Now they basically put a cap on the shares for the next 6 months of $9.60.

Johnny, I feel your pain. But the stock was at about 9.63 only two weeks ago. I don't think the share price is now capped at 9.60 for six months. I just more 800 more shares.

correction: "...bought 800 more shares."

This annoyed me and I dont even own it right now. I might add though if it goes lower. Im looking for more growth though than just a dividend.
