Accrued dividends

Greetings,

Does anyone know whether the accured dividends will be paid out once the buyout deal is approved?
Or will the accured dividends not get paid out if the deal is approved?

My understanding is they just stopped the dividend payments so I don't think any extra payment beyond the $16,79 price,

Thanks for confirming. Further reduces the "premium" being paid to unitholders. I feel management really undervalued this company. Anyhow...

Hey General I'm fine with the take-out price but I've only held since Apr, 2019 at $13.78 so a very nice, quick profit.  I had 3500 shares but sold 1500 at $16.67 just in case something goes wrong on the take-over. I'm actually debating on selling the other 2000 at $16.70. Tough call as it would only mean a difference of $180 but would be guaranteed. I do strongly think the deal ...more
