Leads me to believe they are being very tight lipped about something. The buying has slowed down a bit in the last few weeks. A few insiders buying and of course Tartisan still buying some shares but not as much. Things have slowed down a bit. Tartisan owns 100% of PER's Inchuna and Don Poncho properties with a bit of royalties attached to the Inchuna property. It
