Don't worry about management

Don't worry about managementthey have a multitude of ways to take care of themselves, although I know that massive dumping of their shares can do some damage to the shareprice.  What irks me is when they bless themselves with huge amounts of shares or options whether the company is doing well or not.  It has been such a long time and the sp got beaten down so badly with more to come because of the merger.  It will be interesting to see if the sum of the pieces is positive for the shareholders that are holding the bag.  My understanding is that the old management that tanked Dixie is going to be running BRCK.  That doesn't give me much confidence.
