I don't get it!

The Dixie/ AriZona affiliation got lost because they announced it under the Herbal spin off of AriZona.  They took the shine right off of the potential.  The FDA and their war on drugs has got to be the reason for the sleight of hand that is happening with these announcements and deals.  US law and policy makers are sitting on their hands and dragging this out while States that allow are getting more and more entrants to the greenrush, using every angle they can like medical and cbd.
Both medical and cbd operations can be switched on a dime when fear of the Feds is shelved and those operations have a huge headstart.
I listened to the link posted and we obviously have a moneyman who is well spoken and did a good presentation but I didn't hear anything about how to support the shareprice other than they would like to give a dividend which is hard to do if you don't have money.  The other thing I picked up was that he suggested the possibility of a takeover.
I'm liking AriZona for being the backer of that deal but not at these beat down prices.  The synergies for these two companies working together is huge with goliath Arizona standing to benefit the most imho.
I don't get that the big companies with a lot of clout are pressuring the politicos to pass legislation to get the US greenrush off the ground, complete with banking and brokerage/investment firm participation and I don't understand why.  Is this going to turn into another Brexit?
