Too big a shytstorm
hanging over this and I'm surprised it took so long for the lawyers to file. Highly irregular imho how this got funneled back to Keber. This rankles of a deliberate tanking of the stock and the fact that it got reposessed rather than auctioned off to suitors calling and of course the foot dragging and then the fact that the guy who was driving the bus that tanked Dixie is driving the BRCK bus. Looks complicit and well organized with bad intentions, right from the get-go. The reverse split is just more icecream trying to cover up the bowl of shyt that has been served. I have never had a r/s go well for me.
