is bullshyt. BRCK.U is still halted last I looked on the CSE and trading at .0001 on the pinks. Over a billion shares and IF they can ressurect this as a publicly traded company to being a serious effort for the benefit of shareholders, they will have to consolidate the float down probably a 10 gets you 1.
Jmho but this whole merger effort has a big stink about it. When these guys merger they lose track of the financials and can't even do a report.
Ask the secretary, she probably knows the most about what is going on!
