Wrong. DYA committed to use up to 50% of any proceeds raised from financing to exercise some of its options in CN. Dec fins should show equity stake.

DYA selling at .15 so it's not going to get beyond .17 - .18 and they burning cash like crazy, diluting the diluted then RS more dilution, it has to where else can they get cash, just sell paper

The press release states "the total gross proceeds from these private placements to date is $3,855,233." - not 6 million...am I missing something?
