How is it that months ago and on the same promotional platform, Payne was suggesting VERRA was to be forthcoming "any day". 

Fast forward that the word used is  "weeks".

Come on Mr. Payne, please provide the URL links to all of those dynaCERT references on the VERRA website.

Seeing the forest for the trees, it doesn't matter.  How many independent verifications of the product did we hear were coming, wait for, then come and go with no actual resulting sales?
