RE:RE:RE:DionyMed Brands To Be Taken To Court By Flow CapitalBig deal...They owe a wopping $5M in over due debt. Considering bigger companies buyout smaller Cannabis companies for 20,30,50,100M more than they are worth $5M is nothing. 

DYMEF has tons going for it, huge revs, tons of licenses, great partnerships, etc etc this is a steal for a bigger fish. 

Basically the CFO blew it and he was fired. Cut down employee cost, which was really my main beef with them. Now to move forward. Their latest LA facility purchase will be bringing in huge revs soon.
