Enbridge Inc. is an energy transportation and distribution company. The Company operates through five business segments: Liquids Pipelines, Gas Transmission and Midstream, Gas Distribution and Storage, Renewable Power Generation, and Energy Services. Barclays analyst Theresa Chen has ENB price target of $70.38

High ranking analyst with a Hold recommendation despite a target price that is 45% higher than today.   My guess is that it's a mistake.
