RE:should average down or wait ?no one has a real clue - at least I do not. The general sector is heading lower. 

Would be good to break down the purchases into small purchases if you think it MAY head lower than what it is today. 

Nothing wrong with the company - ENB will drop down more assets in time. Around 1% of their revenue is tied to commodity price. Anything tied to the energy sector is a red herring right now and these times are fantastic for a long term investor who wants to buy into quality assets with growing dividends. 

In times the share price will reverse and dividends will grow and the stock will be at $40 and everyone will be talking about what a good buy it is at that point of time.
