RE:RE:I want 0.84 ENB for each share of ENF not 0.7The BCE buyback of Bell Aliant was arranged so that the transaction was tax-neutral for Canadians, and that opinion was given in the circular. Another way would be to treat it as an adjustment to cost base. I don't know if there are other ways to avoid a disposition.

Hopefully we'll get an opinion included when the circular is sent out.
