Nonsense reaction from market on EC

considering that today EC's presidente said that the government 'won't kill the hen that lays golden eggs' (EC), will increase the oil recovery from wells from 18% to 20%, increase the efficiency of current operations. EC owns 3 power-generation companies and plans to increase generation of renewable energy (solar and wind).
