Its long-term investments consist primarily of the publicly traded common shares of E-L Financial Corporation Limited, Algoma Central Corporation, and The Bank of Nova Scotia. Announcing a stock buyback for this Closed End Fund at such a large discount is a good deal. Big change from the last few decades!!

One can only know the Jackman family got some value investing religion recently.

Wish they would task someone to actually go in the open market and buy back MORE SHARES. Pretty anemic actual purchases so far.
