It seems kinda likely to me that the plan is for Baxter to participate beyond the $12-$13.5m they've put in so far ( just to lock up access to the right to distribute PMX and spend millions more in the necessary commercialization and marketing steps)
note: the etcetera comment from JK ... suggesting that that participation could happen in more than just the obvious way.
