Whether or not we get taken over early is clearly a huge variable so I'm not saying we should be trading at those numbers, though I do think the market currently isn't pricing in this very real possibility. If your probability of an early takeover is 25%, then Spectral should be priced at .75 usd at 90 patients (.25 X $3) etc. Everyone can come up with their own probability of an early buyout that they choose to use.
