RE:RE:TODAY’S NUMBERSDefinitely financing coming. The options initially disclosed last week to Seto (1,013,377) and Kellum (506,688) have now been set at an exercise price of $0.41 each as of April 18, 2024.
Why over a week ro establish the exercise price? We'll see very soon is my guess. Given the number of options and RSU's given to each of them these essentially replace to total of 3,000,000 PSU's that expired recently as the milestones were not achieved.
