Just filed that BOD given DSU's - 4 directors - of just over 700,000 units. Kellum given just over 800,000 of RSU's and options. Seto given over 1,600,000 of RSU's and options. The options are for approximately 1,500,000 shares at an exercise prize of ZERO. That's pretty unusual to have a strike price of zero.
Apparently Seto is worth twice as much as Kellum based on the math for value granted to them by the BOD. Go figure that one out!
