RE:TSX Venture - LEMON of the Year Award...Top position

RE:TSX Venture - LEMON of the Year Award...Top positionOkay, so let's have a quick look at your comment and provide some constructive criticism to help you with future posts.

1. "TSX Venture - LEMON of the Year Award...Top position"

If you're intending to use LEMON as an acronym then you can capitalize the entire word.  However, based on your previous posts, you are using lemon as a noun and therefore you should only capitalize the "L".  Using a hyphen and trailing dots for separation of thoughts is erratic and quite frankly, sloppy.  Make sure that next time you use only hyphens or trailing dots for continuity.  Make sure that you also capitalize the "P" in position, especially since it is the header of your statement and therefore the focal point.  Nice use of bold type though - very, very creative.

2. "They have outdid themselves really, there is no competition for this magnificent award."

You really have to be more on the ball in regards to plural and singular sentence structure.  For example, 'he OUTDID himself' and 'they have OUTDONE themselves'.  It's a common mistake for students taking English As A Second Language courses, but as you progress you will get better at it - hang in there. I believe that you did want to state that there is really no competition for this award, sooo....you should have written:

"They have outdone themselves. (period after 'themselves') Really, there is no competition for this magnificent award. (new sentence, hence (that means therefore) a capital 'R' and a comma after 'Really').  Good use of the period punctuation to close the sentence - well done.

3. "TSX Venture Lemon Award goes to......"

Make sure to use the definite article 'The" at the beginning of your sentence, otherwise it sounds quite amateurish.  However, excellent use of 6 trailing dots to build suspense at the end of the sentence - I was on the edge of my seat!

4. "And the Africian nation is jumping in joy, finally independence,......"

Whoo!  A lot going on here.  A spelling mistake in African, by you adding an extra 'i' where it doesn't belong (after the letter "c").  It's quite similar to the French adding an "h" to where it doesn't belong.  For example: "The hair is bad to breed" instead of "the air is bad to breathe".  And breed is not a typo - the French have great difficulty in enunciating the "th" sound, so breathe sounds like breed.  Now, it is difficult to determine the next part of your sentence as I believe you intendended to say "...is jumping FOR joy (vice IN joy)..."  However, if you intended to write it the way you did, then the "J" should be capitalized to give "Joy" which gives an entirely different meaning to the statement.  Either way, there should be a period after joy (or Joy), capitalize F to give you "Finally" and get rid of the improperly used comma and 6 trailing dots - you want emphasis here and not suspense.

5. "My personal opinion,"

Your personal opinion for what?  You have included a comma at the end of the sentence, which means that there is more to your thought.  Putting a period there is not any better as it is an incomplete sentence with no object.  If I may provide some examples for you to use freely as follows:

My personal opinion, insofar as my limitations allow, is that (you can finish the sentence)
My personal opinion, given my limited experience and knowledge, is that (you can finish the sentence)
My personal opinion, knowing full well that no one cares, is that (you can finish the sentence)

Hang in there Tiger! We're all pulling for you!
