Interesting question;  I know that I personally came upon this after that deal and it is largely irrelevant to me, with the exception of it being in the back of my mind as a red flag.  Are retail investors sitting on the sidelines now because of it?  Are insitutional investors sitting on the sideline because of it? 

If the deal closes before execution on the current purchase orders, would a bunch of money really pour in?

On the other hand, if the deal doesn't close, but EHT executes, i.e. manufactures product, delivers it, builds it, and gets paid for it, in IC, BF, GH, PR, CA, and beyond, will money stay out of it waiting on Peel?
