Hifarms website looks like it is 2 days old. The address is not even an address--just a road. There is next to nothing on-line that would shed light on the viability of the business model of the operations that EHT has partnered in. There is next to nothing on-line reporting on the stage that Hi!farms is currently at between (1) deciding on a business name and (10) harvesting marijuana for sale to customers.

Those thoughts are for the purpose of concluding that by the time Hifarms is anywhere near to requiring or accepting EHT's workproduct, EHT should hopefully be neck deep in other revenues from its traditional sources.
