RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CEAU specs

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CEAU specsI am still confused about the details of this deal too as well as the message from today's release. The original MJ news release says:

  • [EHT] executed a Manufacturing and Supply Agreement with hi!farms to deliver custom Controlled Environment Agricultural Units ("CEAU") grow units to hi!farms' new facility in North Bay, Ontario.
  • hi!farms of North Bay, Ontario, is negotiating agreements to supply medical grade cannabis to academic, medical, and distribution partners for research and sales in Ontario. The CEAU's are designed by H!Farms with patent applications in process.
  • EHT was selected to deliver these CEAU's by hi!farms due to the superior ENERTEC materials and the speed of production and delivery of the units. Under the Manufacturing and Supply Agreement, phase 1 of the project, which consists of 32 flowering units and supporting infrastructure modules, is to be completed before the end of the second quarter of 2019.
The New NR says:
  • The initial units will be delivered to two federally licensed production sites in the Greater Toronto Area and will be put into service immediately to produce medical cannabis using hifarms' proprietary cultivation systems. Both sites will be monitored closely by hifarms personnel using their active cloud platform to ensure quality and execution of the system.
  • ---
  • hifarms President Casey Ruttan says "This is a perfect application for our CEAUs.
Hifarms is not listed on the government's website as a licensed producer:

https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/drugs-medication/cannabis/industry-licensees-applicants/licensed-cultivators-processors-sellers.html

It sounds like the CEAUs are no longer going to be used by hifarms to produce and sell MJ to pay off the free product, no?

I do not understand the plan, Stan.
