Off-grid Solar Access Project for Underserved Counties

Off-grid Solar Access Project for Underserved CountiesThe World Bank has an interesting project in Kenya that they are involved in: Off-grid Solar Access Project for Underserved Counties.  The following link is the "Implementation Status and Results Report", dated 08 January 2019.

https://documents.worldbank.org/curated/en/969651546948294788/pdf/Disclosable-Version-of-the-ISR-Kenya-Off-grid-Solar-Access-Project-for-Underserved-Counties-P160009-Sequence-No-03.pdf

Of interest is the Component 2 of the project, which is "Stand-alone Solar Systems and Clean Cooking Solutions for Households:(Cost $48.00 M)". Given the solar housing initiatives in Ghana and potentially Kenya, could this also be a possible contract that EHT is bidding on?
