RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What does "funded" mean?I"ve worked on a lot goverment contracts and was never afforded the luxury of the goverment giving me a deposit before at least materials were on site. You need to show financial responsibility, have liability insurance ETC. Dealing with a private individual or company is a lot different than Goverments. Of course, I'm talking Canadian Govt. and just maybe Ghana's policies are different. Anyway, this is my two cents worth and good luck to all longs. Bought another 100k this AM @ .05. Seems like things are starting to take shape.
