RE:i wonder Wonder no more... The Ghana project is a nothing burger and nowhere near starting -- the approvals, the permissions, and the land conditions are far from being met. EHT's supposed partners, the GN Groupe (Groupe Ndoum) and Unified Construction and Investments Ltd (UCI) seem shaky at best and hinky at worst. One is involved in Ghana banking turmoil (its bank has been downgraded to savings and loan status and faces court ordered liquidation), the other's projects only look professional if compared to EHT's shop class garden sheds. And nowhere is EHT mentioned in any credible news report on the housing project... the only mention is in EHT sponsored news releases.
