A couple years ago they had 60 mil in liabilities and they have brought it down to 30.
some shares for debt but a lot must have took haircuts as they are still supporting the company.

They have a massive deal with Ghana UCI 100'000's of millions in revenue and it is fully funded so someone is putting up the money up front.

30 mil in liabilities will not matter when this project gets going.
