A Rubber Cheque Deal That Stretches Credibility?

Poor Apothio LLC, has lost an entire 500 acre crop of... hmmmm, was that marijuana or hemp? And now short on cash, they're suing a gov't agency for a billion USD!?!

Good luck with that lawsuit, and good luck coming up with the money to pay EHT for a grow unit. And good luck to EHT ever getting a grow licence without a facility that meets licence requirements.

If EHT's counting on a cheque from a company with no sales, no product, and counting on a billion USD from a LOL lawsuit, well... In Sha Allah! Back up the truck!
