Enerdynamic Hybrid acquisition of Windular Research

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a business combination agreement dated May 11, 2021, as amended on July 27, 2021, among the company and several arm's-length parties, whereby the company acquired Windular Research and Technologies Inc. by way of a three-cornered amalgamation.
Under the terms of the agreement, the company has agreed to acquire the target by issuing 21,428,572 common shares at a deemed price of 70 cents per share.
