Piggy Bank* What comes of an operation that is little more than a piggy bank?
And boardroom piggies have many such "banks"; just check out company officers' profiles on Bloomberg.com, WSJ.com etc.,
You'll find piggy bank pilferers (sometimes called "serial entrepreneurs"), with fingers in many of their "banks" ...in effect, any operation that can bait a gullible investor, and afford a government regulator's drinks and dinner.
