Those who think scam

It is as simple as this. We are building two houses in Jack's Bay. Real houses for a real company. They already vetted the houses as good enough to be the only company doing a pilot build. Unless there are unforeseen problems, we are going to get the remaining 500 odd builds. Who cares about grow boxes, Ghana, whatever else; Jack's Bay goes through and we will be set for a long time. Then the company will be in a much better position to work on the rest of the projects (wont need EDC money to get a project rolling). I actually believe the company is making moves on other fronts, not just hokem. That said, if you want to hand wave away the things that seem sketchy, fine, but Jack's Bay seems very real.

I have been the biggest fan of Jacks Bay for potential revenue.
