They did not file Jan 31 2019 as you say in your post.. But they did not need too. they filed on nov 12th  2019.  they run a different year end which is very normal.

Hi Reach They are not due to file in January at all. the first 3 you mentioned are quartelies. The one due March 31 is the year end financial statements which are audited (year end NOV 30). as per TSX venture rules, they have 4 months from year end to file, which puts then for release for  March 31. With th ecovid virus, multiple companies have extended the filing using the same exemption as

I agree with that re : False Claims . I called John Gamble today and asked him directly . He clearly explained the delay on filing and said he should have it all in the system by this friday . RBR
