RE:RE:RE:COO, Don Webster Resigns...effective immediatlyWith tax loss selling, and what some might consider negative news, I was hoping to pick up some more at lower prices. No such luck.
The CC was just 2 weeks ago, so not much has changed since then. Business is bottoming and baring another sustained drop in oil prices, will be ramping up soon. This sudden departure could be as a result of a possible merger. Who knows? But something triggered it.
The TOT offer for SVY seems to almost be a waste of time. They can raise cash at higher prices than what was offered. Analysts have targets that are 2X higher than where the stock is trading at, and offer price. I actually just bought some just a couple of weeks ago at the $1.35 to $1.40 level. So a good gain for just 2 weeks. But i would think that most shareholders who held on for months to years would consider this a total joke of an offer. But for me I sold 1/2 today as the volume was good, and plenty of other SVY's out there that haven't moved up 20% in 2 weeks.....
