I'm not sure what you're trying to say in reply to my post above.
So let me recap for you. I was saying that management was doing a fine job. The proof is that they're still in business and have successfully negotiated these downturns and have very low debt.
Any investors screaming for a sale or share buy back are thinking short term gain.
Personally I think it's inevitable that this company is bought or merged with another BUT that's not because of bad management. Quite the opposite. So investors should see these low prices as a chance to buy more and average down before something big happens and it doubles or triples.
Think longer term.

Buying back shares at pennies on the dollar is thinking long term. Share price would reflect the buyback when investor sentiment improves. Also and dividend paid would be 20% more than it would otherwise. Also, it could help them from being bought out at rock bottom valuations. Opportunities like this come around once very rairly and they should take advantage of it. If they don't, another company probably will.
