RE: what the heck is happening with EF.I believe that while they are in creditor protection mode
the news will be selling some of the assets to keep them
liquid ... just like anyone in this situation .. selling off "Nuttby"
fits exactly with what EF must be doing through this process
and as they gain cash flow I would not be surprised to see
the entire company go on the block ... I am curious as what
someone thinks the EF asset might be worth to a proper suitor
considering what people thought the potential was just a year ago?

I don't know how to assess what they have to determine a selling price  .... anyone?
Keeping in mind that any suitor would rather see the sp price stay low .. lol

If someone can figure out what a fair asking price for the complete company might be ...
the current share price might start to reflect that... it's just been in creditor protection
mode so long .. I doubt anyone's been paying any serious attention to it's overall real value.
