It appears that the stock has broken out.

A buyout by a large utility is probably been worked out

is being or has been that is the speculation. NR tells me they are selling a couple of turbines and they have an extension. blackmont did some buys at 3.5 and the last 2 trades at 4¢. This does not translate as well as it seems. They just as well can dump those shares if it gets driven up on such speculations. I personally am wary or this and your post. Thank youmm
